Fairfax Pool - A refreshing place in a hot summer.

Eau Claire is known for its very cold winter, but when the sun comes out it may become very hot, so it's time to people get out of their houses and go to some refreshing place. Fairfax Pool is the perfect place to do that!

To get there, you can take the bus number 6 and leave on the Fairfax Street

While we were there, we saw families with little kids, friends playing on the grass, a lot of people swimming and playing volleyball. In the pool we found two lifeguards working and it looks like a very safe place.

We arrived at the Fairfax Pool at 5 pm and it wasn't as cold as we expected. The pool areas are open at:
May 24-May 30
           Saturday - Sunday  2:00PM - 6:00PM
           Monday   12:00PM - 6:00PM
           Tuesday - Friday  3:00PM - 7:00PM
May 31-August 24
           Monday - Friday 11:30AM - 7:00PM
           Saturday 11:30AM - 6:00PM
           Sunday 1:00PM - 6:00PM

The Fairfax Park has a great area where we can find a lot of family activities, it's a perfect place to go on the weekends.

You can also go to the athletic fields in the Fairfax Park to play or watch baseball, soccer and volleyball.

As soon as we got there, we understood why the professor had ask for us to visit the pool, because is an entertainment center for the whole community. The Fairfax Pool is a place for the family and who wants to have some fun.
