To get there, you can take the bus number 6 and leave on the Fairfax Street
While we were there, we saw families with little kids, friends playing on the grass, a lot of people swimming and playing volleyball. In the pool we found two lifeguards working and it looks like a very safe place.
We arrived at the Fairfax Pool at 5 pm and it wasn't as cold as we expected. The pool areas are open at:

You can also go to the athletic fields in the Fairfax Park to play or watch baseball, soccer and volleyball. |
As soon as we got there, we understood why the professor had ask for us to visit the pool, because is an entertainment center for the whole community. The Fairfax Pool is a place for the family and who wants to have some fun.
